It is understood that the decision as to whether any application qualifies me for approved funding rests solely and exclusively on the SDENA Scholarship Committee and the decision is final. Within 30 days of successful event/course completion, award recipient will provide proof of completion (certificate of completion, contact hours certificate, signed roster, etc.). Funds will be distributed upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
